IHTM23117 - Contacting the VOA: issue of form VOA 3 and 4 by e-mail

The process for attaching VOA 3 ( IHTM23045) and VOA 4 ( IHTM23115) to an e-mail message is set out below.

Once you have completed the VOA 3 or VOA 4 go to

• File
• Save as (to help identify the message)
• Send To
• Mail Recipient (this can take a short while)
• E-Mail Address List
• VOA caseworker
• Draft any e-mail message to accompany the form
• Send

Prints of the message, for the file, must be obtained after the e-mail has been sent.

Please remember the VOA 4 is to be used as an attachment to an e-mail message. It is not to be sent to the VOA as post. The VOA should respond on the VOA 4 by e-mail. If you notice that particular valuers are returning them in manuscript as post please let Our Valuation Office Liaison know.
