IHTM23049 - How to make formal referrals: making a referral to the LPS in Northern Ireland from Edinburgh or Nottingham

Requests for valuations of land situated in Northern Ireland are dealt with by the Land and Property Service (LPS).

Any valuation requests by IHT Nottingham or IHT Edinburgh for property or land in Northern Ireland should be made on forms VOA1 and VOA2. These should be placed in a standard envelope for the post room to send by Royal Mail. The envelope should be addressed to:
