By signing this section of the form the trustees confirm that they have read and understood the declarations and warnings and that they agree that the information provided in the IHT 101 is correct. All trustees must sign the account. An agent acting for the trustees must not sign the account.

You may need to check this information to see whether with the rules on confidentiality (IHTM02031) in mind, you can provide someone other than the person who has been appointed to act in part 1 of the IHT 101 with information about the transfer.
