This sub section details the caseworkers procedures for dealing with an account for the first time. There are several different forms of account ( IHTM05031 or IHTM05032 for Scotland) that may be received. The detail of the work will vary slightly depending upon which account you are dealing with, but the basic approach is the same for all account types.
