Sect 6’s once warranted need to be sent to Shipley for the
issue of the payable order unless it is a CHAPS repayment that
needs to go to Worthing.
The Sect 6’s are put into batches of 20 in warrant
number order and sent to Shipley with a covering sheet detailing
the first and last warrant number. The cover sheet is signed and
dated by the person who checked the Sect 6’s to authorise
repayment.
The batches of 20 need to be sent by DX post to Shipley.
