IHTM40072 - Section F: signatures of corporate or public trustees on form IHT 30

The signature of an authorised official is necessary in the cases dealt with by

• the Public Trustee
• trust corporations
• bank trustees

If an appropriate person has not signed the form, you should return it and politely explain the correct procedure.
