Consignia (formerly the Royal Mail) offer a service to trace a taxpayer through their Mail Re- Direction Services. The case owner should make a request for re-direction information from Consignia. You will need to complete the Consignia request form and get it authorised by your manager. The request must be sent with a stamped addressed envelope which can be obtained from the Debt Management & Banking Support Team. When requesting a stamp from the Support Team the case owner must give the details of the case to the Support Team so that a record can be kept for audit purposes.
