IHTM38081 - Tracing the taxpayer: what can Debt Management & Banking (DMB) do to trace a taxpayer?

As part of the normal debt management process or to assist case owners with their enquiries, DMB may be asked to trace a taxpayer who is not responding to enquiries or where letters are returned "gone away" or "not known".
