On the record selectors ( IHTM38044), clicking the forward arrow with an asterisk next to it will create a new blank record. Clicking on the lower selector will create a new file reference. When you do this a new Case Plan is also created for you to fill in. Clicking on the upper selector will create a new, blank Plan under the current file reference ready for you to fill in.
