The Case Plan database is in the IHT Knowledge Tree. The route
is Operations\IHT\Teams\DMB\Case Plan\DMB Case Plan.mdb. A shortcut
to the Case Plan is also in the folder and can be dragged straight
onto your desktop to make access easier.
After double-clicking the file, or the shortcut, the database
will open and display the form used to create and amend case
details.
