IHTM32241 - Delay in paying tax: automated reminding for unpaid tax

This will be activated for a particular case record if a calculation has been issued and remains unpaid on Compass for more than 28 days after the due date.

You will be prompted to check for reminders each time that you open ‘case working’ on Compass. You do not need to generate your own reminders. In the majority of cases the first reminder will be issued by the appropriate AA.
