IHTM32091 - Progressing cases in Primary Compliance & Support (PC&S): introduction
The instructions in this part of the manual apply to all files that are opened in PC&S after 1st April 2009. The same reviewing procedure should be applied to all PC&S cases
For cases dealt with in PC&S that were opened before 1s t April 2009 you will need to conduct the appropriate review, based on the length of time the file has already been working. If you are unsure of any aspect of the procedure you should consult your manager.

- obtain the information set out at IHTM32095, and then
- consult your manager or PCTS for advice
