This review is carried out by caseworkers 6 months after the enquiry has been opened. It involves completing a short checklist on form PR1 of various actions that should normally have been completed by this stage of an enquiry. If an action has not been completed you are asked to explain the reasons why and state what action you propose to take to progress the matter.
