IHTM32036 - BU dates: recording BU dates on file covers

There are separate columns on the file cover (IHTM03033) for recording general review (IHTM32032) and payment review (IHTM32035) dates. When setting either class of BU date you should initial the review column on the file cover, adding a specific date (not less than 21 days ahead). You should also add in the action column (IHTM03033) a code letter (IHTM32024) if the action to be taken on that date is to be delegated to an AA.
