IHTM32021 - General approach to reviewing: when is a file reviewed

When you have looked at a new file, taken your initial action and you are satisfied that it is not required elsewhere in the office, you should return the file to the Rack with a BU date ( IHTM32031) for when you next want to see the file.

On every subsequent occasion that you see the file, you should review ( IHTM32022) the file carefully and consider whether the current BU date is still appropriate and, if not, amend ( IHTM32033) it.
