IHTM31156 - COMPASS: how managers deal with referrals and ERS reviews

Referrals on the case index window can include

• referred repayments ( IHTM31700) outside the caseworker's repayment limits ( IHTM31603)

and

• ERS reviews (IHTM29113).

Once you have completed the repayment or review you must remove the record from your referrals list. To do this,

• highlight the record on the list
• enter the Case Events window through the file menu.
• highlight the relevant event.
• click on the Action button
• confirm that you want to action the event.

You can view where the referral has come from by clicking on the Detail or Notes button before actioning the event.
