| Raise | This enables you to initiate new assessments once you have set-up or amended your estate records |
| Browse | You can review previous assessments |
| Paid/repaid | You will use this to record any payments or completed repayments on your assessments |
| Withdraw | You can withdraw any raised or issued, but not paid assessments |
| Cancel payment | If you have this option you will be able to unpay ( IHTM31212) assessments in certain circumstances only. |
