You can refer to PC&Sor Shares and Asset Valuation (Foreign) (SAV(F)) by form 516 to check the values of listed investments or holdings on an alternative market, or to confirm whether a holding is listed if you are in any doubt. Attach a copy of any valuation reports to the form.

Strike through whichever section at part 1 is not appropriate. For a referral of UK holdings, change “IPS” to “PC&S”.

If there are a number of holdings and you require a full check (IHTM18073), state so clearly on the form, together with the reason.

You can also use the form to ask SAV(F) to provide an exchange rate. Show the currency and conversion date clearly.

Edinburgh

You will not have form 516 in Edinburgh. You can refer to PC&S by memo or to SAV(Foreign) by form SAV24.
