IHTM10546 - IHT 100: part 8 (declaration)

By signing this section of the form the accountable persons (IHTM10801) confirm that they have read and understood the declarations and warnings and that they agree that the information provided in the IHT 100 is correct. If the transfer involves an interest in possession settlement it is the trustees who should sign the account not the person with the beneficial interest in the settlement.

The accountable persons should give their full names and addresses, and date and sign the form. All those who sign the form are responsible for its contents.
