If you need to send form IHT 35 ( IHTM34032) to FACET make a note as follows

• IHT 35 to FACET, date & reason why sent
• if contract note requested, date when sent to FACET
• on return of IHT 35 state whether the loss is accepted, the amount, and whether the loss is on COMPASS ( IHTM31101) and calculation issued
