file notes
On the file cover you must complete the following notes
- File Status – enter “C”
denoting closed, date and initial, but consider first whether a
future claim (IHTM39040) or instalments (
IHTM30191) are appropriate
- COMPASS (
IHTM31270)– date and initial the
“Closed” box
- Account Balanced (
IHTM08134)– Date and initial the
next box
- IHT 30 (
IHTM40010) – date the
“Issued” box for the relevant entry
