Under Planning and Forecasting Work (PFW) you will need to
record that you have completed a new account on your PFW task
template.
In due course personal workbooks will be dispensed with.
Until you have been notified that your area is no longer completing
the workbooks you will also need to record in these the file
reference, date received and date completed and the type of case.
You may be asked to complete the workbook with regard to, for
example, non-death cases only.
