IHTM08045 - TSB Registry: Issuing VOA instructions (VOA 1)

When you are asked to deal with these you will

• complete form VOA 1
• take a photocopy of the form VOA 1 and any valuations for the property
• identify the relevant Valuation Office ( IHTM23002)
• on Compass make a note of the VOA office and the date the papers are being sent
• post the original form VOA 1 and valuations to the VOA

In Nottingham and Belfast

• put the copies of the VOA 1 and valuations on the front of the file and return this to the dividing table

In Edinburgh

• add a BU date of 1 month and return the file to the registry rack
