All IHT cases are risk assessed (
IHTM07100) to identify what work needs
to be undertaken. The risk assessment process identifies cases that
require account amendment (
IHTM08012). These cases are identified
as suitable for either band D or band E1 level at the risk
assessment stage, and then sent to the TSB Divider. TSB is not
involved in the selection of its work.
