The following information is recorded on ALF

• file status (IHTM39002) and the date the status was changed
• BU dates (IHTM32031) (general, payment and, for files marked ‘O(Inst)’, assessment instalment due)
• progress review dates (IHTM32041) (but not for enquiries (IHTM32055) where the review is recorded under ERS)
• future claims (IHTM39011)
• destruction dates (IHTM39031)

Only registry staff or others with the correct level of access (IHTM03292) to ALF can amend this information on the system.
