IHTM03116 - What is recorded on Forms 400 and 401: Review

This section is used to note future review dates when the file status is ‘O(F)’ (IHTM39011).

When the case or enquiry is closed you need to either mark it 'C' for closed, or if the file status (IHTM39002) is ‘O(F)’ the review box should be marked ‘F’, or ‘F(DT)’ (IHTM39011) with the date for reviewing the future claim.

If you have to re-open the file you will need to enter a new review date in this column and continue as you would for a new file.
