IHTM01028 - Service work: Helpline

The Probate and Inheritance Tax Helpline provides a telephone enquiry service for both members of the public and the professions. Both general and specific enquiries are handled. But when the matter relates to a working case or enquiry the caller will be referred to the caseworker involved. Complex or unusual matters may be referred to Technical (IHTM01081).
