The Frontiers Customer Unit consists of Customs business areas, Policy, Restrictions, Operations and Business Transformation. Any movement of goods across the UK's borders will fall within the scope of this team, for example: international trade; the collection of Customs Duty (and VAT and Excise Duties) due at Import; plus all Admissibility checks at the frontier border controls related to Prohibitions and Restrictions and Licensing regimes.
