If there is not a legal gateway which allows you to disclose information to the police in the ATCSA ( IDG67520), Terrorism Act ( IDG67560), or Crime and Disorder Act ( IDG67580), and you consider it is in the public interest for the police to obtain information you hold, see IDG46050 for the limited circumstances in which you may make a public interest disclosure. You must not make a public interest disclosure unless you have followed the guidance issued atIDG46050.
