HMFSA4350 - Movement guarantees: Do we offer reductions on existing movement guarantees: Additional conditions

Reductions in the level of guarantees are subject to the following conditions:

1. Existing traders who meet the criteria on page HMFSA4300 are granted the reductions. Warehouse keepers who haven’t previously been required to provide premises securities are treated as if they had done so since the warehouse was approved.
   
   
2. The minimum level of security required for movements (even where the Principals meet the above criteria for discounts) will be £20,000.
