Tracking & tracing within a supply chain project may lead
to significant numbers of suspect AADs which could be selected for
verification.
If you are considering selecting large numbers of AADs for
verification, you should discuss with the UK CLO the potential ways
to request assistance from other Member States. This should be done
before significant numbers of references are forwarded to the UK
Liaison Department in Glasgow for verification.
If the UK CLO is involved at the planning stage of the
project, it may be possible to organise coordinated exchanges of
information and more effective verifications.
