Assignment to connected person: taking over cumulative excesses

Some (but by no means all) assignees who are connected persons will be entitled to take over unused 'cumulative accountancy rental excess' and 'cumulative normal rental excess' from the assignee under Paragraph 7 - see FLM33.01 for details.
