Assignment to unconnected person

Paragraph 2(4) Schedule 12 FA 1997 makes it clear that, if following an assignment to an unconnected person (as defined at FLM31.92), the lease again satisfies the conditions in Paragraph 3, then Part I applies to the assignee.
