EXGG1540 – Introduction: Social law: Social Law v Revenue Law


The Gambling Commission (GC) is responsible for the *social law which regulates casinos, bingo, gaming machines and lotteries (but not the National Lottery). HMRC are responsible for revenue law, which governs the collection of duty. (This text has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)
