Section 37 of the Finance Act 1993 (lottery duty) and
Schedule 1, paragraph 14 of the Finance Act 1997 (gaming duty),
provides for disclosure of information to or from the Gambling
Commission (GC), for the purpose of assisting us in the performance
of our duties. This provides details of the relevant legal gateways
permitting this transfer of information.
