HMRC local offices have Status Inspectors who have
responsibility for providing technical advice in relation to status
work. The Status Inspectors is part of the Employer Support Team
(EST) within Local Compliance (LC).
Workers in the film and video industry are dealt with by LC
Eastern England, Weardale House, Washington (see
ESM4101 onwards).
Workers in the TV and radio industry are dealt with by LC NW
& Midlands, Trinity Bridge House, Manchester – (see
ESM4110 onwards)
