EP624 - District Record: Supervision
When checking any work for which papers are to be kept, the Manager must ensure that the District Record reference has been noted on both the papers and the record.
For example, unless the District Record reference is computer printed on a repayment printout, the Manager must
- use PAYE Service Contact History to check that the DR REF has been correctly entered on the taxpayer record
- ensure that the DR REF has been noted on the printout in manuscript.
