(INSP, RE,RO & RA on the COP system)
An Officer can only amend function details of Assistant
Officers and Administrative Assistants (RO & RA on the COP
system).
For functions AP,CG,CP,DA,FT,PA,SA or ST the entries are F, P
or N.
For all other functions the entry is A or N.
