and supervision: How to use format 3
The screen in format 3 will show you the following information
for the specified operator.
- Name.
- Identity.
- Grade.
- Supervision status.
- The individual function status for each
CODA and other function. Unless the status for a function is
protected it may be amended by overwriting the existing entry.
The status for each function will be
- in the case of a new operator or one whose
supervision status has just been amended, the status appropriate to
the grade, supervision status and schedule entered on format 1
- in the case of an existing operator whose
supervision status has not been amended, the status currently in
operation.
Press SEND. The function ends and Prime Format appears. The
computer retains the function status for use when the corresponding
function is used by the operator.
