If the rights over an existing loan are taken over by another
person the loan will remain within the charge if it was within the
charge when it was first made.
A loan within the scope of the charge cannot be removed from
it by the original lender handing his or her rights over to another
person.
But a loan that was not within the charge when it was first
made can be brought within it if it is taken over by a person
mentioned in
EIM26113.
