Taxation treatment of EEIGs: general

In some cases it may be clear from the EEIG registration documents and from the reply to the information request that the EEIG will trade. In this case Manchester LBO's standard notification to members' Districts will give instructions accordingly. In other cases it will not be possible to decide the point until the annual return is received and instructions to members' Districts will be issued at that time.
