European Economic Interest Grouping - EEIG4

General introduction

The members of an EEIG may be companies, firms, individuals carrying on some form of business, and other legal bodies formed in accordance with the law of a member state of the EC. A partnership may be a member of an EEIG whether or not it has legal personality. It is essential that there are at least two members who have their central administration or, in the case of individuals, carry on their activities, in different member states.
