ECPET03100 - Evidence of preferential entitlement: A.TR Movement Certificates

The A.TR Movement Certificate is used with a small number of exceptions (see ECPET03150and ECPET03250) to establish entitlement to preference of goods exported to Turkey under the Customs Union arrangements.

The number, title and format of the movement certificate is laid down in the agreement. The movement certificate, which is produced as a duplicate set, has also been given a number in the departmental series (C1232) and you should quote this number when requisitioning supplies.
