EC staff should never use an employer's/contractor’s computer even if invited to do so.

You should


  • ask the employer/contractor to provide the necessary print-outs to perform any checks.

As there is always the danger of data being accidentally lost during any computer run


  • confirm that a complete back-up (copy) exists before requesting any print-outs.
