ECH6145 - Liaison - The Debt Management Office (DMO)

Close liaison is required between EC and the Debt Management Office.

DMO may hold information in relation to employers, contractors and subcontractors that may be relevant to the case, in particular any financial issues.

EC may also obtain or hold information that would assist DMO with collection issues for example

Where during the course of a compliance check it is discovered that the employer’s/contractor’s remittance is late,

• refer details to the Debt Management Office on form ECR205.
