ECH6080 - Liaison - Employer Compliance Investigation Team (ECIT)

The ECIT is a National Cross Cutting team and has responsibility for a number of specialist areas of work. See ECH7350 for a definition of an ECIT case.

The Management team within LC should ensure that

• there are clear lines of communication between the ECIT and other staff
• the duties of the ECIT and other EC staff are clear.
