ECH6015 - Liaison - Within the Customer Groups


EC is spread across different Customer Groups and consists of a number of teams fulfilling different roles. It is important that


  • EC staff understand the roles and responsibilities of each team
  • the demarcation lines between each role are clear and fully understood by all staff
  • managers ensure effective communication and liaison between teams especially where the EC is on split sites.
