ECH4060 - Employer and Contractor's Role: Employer or Contractor Dissatisfied
Where at any stage of the compliance or settlement process,
an employer or contractor is dissatisfied with your conduct or the
way the case is handled you should
- offer to provide a copy of the factsheet complaints and putting things right ( ECH4045)
- remember that it is the employer's or contractor's right to be informed how to complain
- give the employer or contractor any information requested concerning names and official addresses to enable a complaint to be made
- direct the complaint initially to the manager.
Where an employer or contractor who is subject to a compliance check
- makes a complaint about delay by us or,
- requests that the case be closed following delay by us
the senior manager must
- follow the guidance at ECH3532.
