ECH3520 - ECUM Duties: Accompanied Visits
The ECUM should
- accompany each member of staff
- who conducts visits and
- for whom they have direct line management
on a minimum of two visits a year to employers premises.
The objective is to
- monitor performance
- establish quality of work and
- identify training needs.
It is important that appropriate feedback is given after the visit.
