ECH3515 - ECUM Duties: Gifts and Hospitality

The ECUM should

  • ensure that EC staff are aware of the advice regarding the receipt of gifts, hospitality and other benefits which are contained in The Guide to working in HM Revenue & Customs, see TG9.6.

Any offer of gifts (including trivial gifts) must be recorded in the office hospitality record.
